This includes general personal data, e.g. name and contact details, as well as any details about your position or role in the organization on whose behalf you are contacting us.

We also process personal data that we receive from third parties. This regularly includes personal data that we receive when corresponding with or talking to clients or business partners, e.g. your name and details on your activities as an employee at the client or business partner.

Provision and use of our website

Use for information purposes

You can use our website to find information about Seven Music and the services we offer without informing us who you are. As is the case when accessing any web server, the server on which we host the website automatically logs and saves certain technical data and stores it for a short period of time. This includes the IP address and operating system of your device, the date and time of use as well as the type of browser used to access the website.

Web analysis

We use website analysis services (currently Google Analytics) to evaluate the use of our website and receive information to optimize it. The web analysis services gather and save user data by using cookies. Before being sent to a server outside of Switzerland / the EU / EEA, the IP addresses are abbreviated. We therefore do not send any personal data to providers of web analysis services abroad.

Marketing technologies

On our website, we use marketing technology provided by Google Ads/Doubleclick. This allows us to advertise our website to users when they are visiting other websites using adverts that are relevant to them. The adverts are shown on the websites you visit based on an analysis of your previous use of our website. The providers of marketing technologies use cookies when you visit our website for this purpose.

Resources from external websites

We integrate resources from external servers on our website. These include visible content (YouTube and EmbedSocial) as well as technical resources.

The technical resources are used to improve the performance and security of our website. When accessing these resources, the operator of the external server can see your IP address and/or certain peripheral data that are required to use the server of the external operator.

Note on the use of cookies

We use cookies, tags and similar technologies on the website to provide you with the best possible user experience and to help us improve the website. Cookies are text files that are downloaded onto your computer or mobile device when you visit a website or use an app.

Some of the cookies we use are necessary in order to provide certain functions on the website. We also use cookies to analyze the use of the website and receive information to optimize the website.

You can instruct your browser not to accept any cookies or to ask you each time before a cookie is set. You can also delete cookies from your device by using the relevant function in your browser. You can adjust the cookie settings for this page here.

Use of our social media channels

Our social media pages contain posts about the latest developments at Seven Music as well as the services we offer. Social media providers gather and analyze user data, such as the number of visitors and demographic details on the visitors to our company’s pages.

We then receive analyses from social media providers based on this information. These only contain aggregated data or data that is sufficiently anonymized in another way. Only the respective provider can identify you based on the collected usage data. Please note the data protection information provided by the respective provider.

Use and optimization of our newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect the information you send us. This includes general personal data such as first name, last name and e-mail address. We use analysis services to record and analyze the use of our newsletter. The analysis services gather and analyze user data, such as the number of newsletter recipients who open the newsletter or click on certain links. We receive evaluations based on this. They allow us to optimize our newsletter and provide you with content that may be of interest.

You can also notify us at any time that you no longer wish to receive our newsletter. Please use the unsubscribe link at the end of the newsletter to do so. If you click on this, we will no longer record or analyze your use of the newsletter.
